找到一些网址，是不是真论坛的ip网址？

论坛以前的ip网址都失效了！
通过搜索， 找到很多，假的有很多，
问下，找到一些网址，http://67.220.91.036/forum  ， http://q8jg1.bxtao.com/forum  是不是真论坛的ip网址？

防屏蔽程序现在还有效吗？  很难才找回来  
有什么好方法 方便找回论坛地址
