一个是心理，时间长了变成了自己的负担，实际上，不断连续动作，持续的时间根本没有描写的那样久，你看到的视频，有的也是剪接的，不要盲目崇拜。
第二个是生理，建议每天早晨坚持跑步半小时，不到半年，绝对彻底转变，到时要让你老婆谢谢我啊
