关于hotspot使用的问题

关于hotspot使用的问题

这一段时间，直接上sis不行了，就用hotspot shield,但是听说它有流量限制，搞得我连BT也不敢用了。请教一下高手，使用hotspot时用BT或迅雷以及其他下载软件是否有影响？
