早泄问题

【咨詢人病因，症狀】是否属于早泄
我想问下，在和女朋友亲热的时候，就特别容易兴奋，有时候还没有做那种事或者是小JJ稍微摩擦，就射出来了，还有有时候看A片，只要一兴奋，下面只要绷紧下，有时候也会射出来。我有手淫的习惯的 但是我一周 有时候才一两次 有时候一次~应该也不会频繁吧！还有现在还没有发生过那种事，是不是因为没发生过，容易激动才早泄的，但是只要稍微兴奋下就很容易射出来，所以想问下这是不是属于早泄！~还有我看到有些人的JJ硬了，都是垂直出去的，为什么我会贴着腹部！这是不是表示JJ很容易兴奋？如果是这样 要如何改善
