血型问题

不知道大家听说过没有，说是夏天招不招蚊子咬和血型有关系，有人说AB型比较招蚊子，可是我的血型是O型为什么老是被蚊子咬啊，只要我和别人一个宿舍，蚊子肯定先照顾我，他们都说没有蚊子，但是我确实是被蚊子咬了，有没有明白的大虾解释解释，帮忙看看怎么不被咬，千万别说花露水什么的，根本不管用
